Richmond/Tidewater Virtual Meeting
Topic: Thriving and Surviving During and After COVID-19
****CEU Credits Pending****
Overview: Should it stay, or should it go? Companies made numerous changes during the pandemic to keep employees and clients/patients safe. It was a really good live test of your pandemic plans. Now that states and localities are loosening up, what should you change? What do you hold on to because it is best practice, and what do you keep in the wings in case you need to pull it out again?
Learning Objectives: Three objectives for this one hour session are:
1) Identifying what can change and what you want to change
2) How do you know if you will need this practice again?
3) If you had to do it over again, what would you do differently?
Takeaways include: Assessment template to answer the three questions, Identifying what needs to be updated in your pandemic response plan.
Following the webinar presentation we will have a short chapter meeting.
