Jennifer Shinn serves as the System Director of People Operations for Riverside Health System, and will be covering "Building a Thriving Workplace through Retention, Leadership and Culture".  She began her career at Riverside in 2007 as Human Resources Coordinator for Lifelong Health, HR Manager for Lifelong Health, and HR Director for Riverside Medical Group and Lifelong Health.  Jennifer maintains her SPHR and SHRM-SCP professional HR certifications and certifications in Ethics, Negotiation, and ADA Administration.  She has a master’s in organizational communication.
