Kendall Floyd - The Coaching Shift: From Problem Solver to Capability Builder

Kendall Floyd believes the most powerful leadership tool isn't having all the answers; it's asking the right questions.

As a Leadership Consultant at Carilion Clinic, Kendall partners with executives, physicians, and emerging leaders to develop stronger leaders, more connected teams, and healthier workplace cultures. Through executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting, she helps leaders shift from directing to developing, empowering others through meaningful coaching conversations.

Todd Redden - Leading Through Change and Adversity 

Dr. Redden is a trusted advisor, and highly respected and recognized expert in developing leaders.  His diversified, extensive background includes serving as an executive leader in healthcare, coaching, teacher, developing leaders, non-profit start up, and clinical psychology counseling.

As a senior executive coach, Todd's coaching focus is centered on personal/professional development, leadership, work/life balance and life management, resilience in time of crisis, effective communication techniques, change management, career planning, and engagement.  Todd has spoken nationally at the American Association of Medical Society Executives (AAMSE), Becker's Hospital Review Annual Meeting and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). He has served as an expert consultant in the design of Continuing Medical Education competencies at the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower.  Todd also served as an adjunct faculty member teaching hundreds of master's degree and pre-med students in leadership, performance management, statistics, research, grant-writing, and other business-related topics.

As a senior healthcare leader, his responsibilities included providing leadership, strategic direction, and expertise in the areas of coaching, employee relations, business strategy, policy, talent management and learning and development.  He acted as the primary Business Partner for executive leaders and faculty while serving as a trusted advisor and consultant on the physician leadership and coaching matters.

Robyn Tuck - SHRM information and updates

Robyn has been an Adjunct Professor for Virginia Western Community College for almost 16 years.  Teaching courses such as SHRM Certification Course, Introduction to Business, HR Management, Marketing, Supervision.  Previously she was the Senior Education Consultant with Carilion Clinic until changing roles to work as Human Resources Learning and Development Manager at Western Virginia Water Authority.
