Gary serves as CEO at Johnson Health Center (JHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with multiple site responsibilities. He led the transformation of organizational culture and successfully solved critical provider shortage, providing immediate patient access and staff satisfaction that led to becoming the first ever FQHC to be recognized as an Employer of Choice by Employer of Choice International in 2016. Followed that up with being recognized as a "Best Place to Work" in Central VA in 2017 and a top 10 for Central Virginia's "Emerging Small Businesses" in 2018
